Product Manager

📋 Description Own strategic relationships for key enterprise accounts; manage migrations, roadmaps, escalations. Drive product and commercial alignment; reconcile prioritization with the roadmap. Set go-to-market and customer lifecycle strategy for major accounts; own dashboards. Own client escalations end-to-end; diagnose root causes and coordinate resolutions. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in product management, partnerships, or consulting (SaaS/tech preferred). Proven ownership of ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from discovery to resolution. Executive-level communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership. Manage multiple senior external stakeholders; know when to escalate. Familiar with Jira and Confluence or similar project tools.
