📋 Description Own and grow the Engagement Team to boost engagement and retention. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Analytics to deliver value. Improve adoption, retention, and time-to-value through strategy and execution. Lead AI and MCP roadmap, using GenAI to make insights actionable. Produce content/recommendations powering experiences; ensure trust framing. Define and track success metrics for adoption and value in remote work. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years PM experience, ideally on technical/data-driven products. Startup and SaaS experience. Dynamic pricing experience in travel/hospitality. Work with revenue mgmt, data science, and engineering on quantitative products. AI-forward mindset; eager to apply GenAI.
