Grow customer base with product-led growth: referrals, multi-user experiences, community features. Work with VP of Sales & Marketing on funnel optimization experiments. Lead and inspire an XFN team to ship innovative experiences. Define metrics to measure impact and progress. 🎯 Requirements 6-8+ years in product management. Growth product expertise; drive conversions and referrals. Data-driven; fluent in experimentation (A/B tests, fake door tests). Owner mindset; bias toward action; independent with collaboration.
