📋 Description Design the full Hippo Plus experience from sales funnel to back-office tools. Partner with PMs and Engineers from discovery to shipping features that move metrics. Run user interviews, shadow sessions, and feedback loops with customers and teams. Sketch, wireframe, and prototype using Figma and LLMs. Facilitate cross-functional conversations to align product, design, and eng. Share work openly and contribute to design critiques. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years shipping production work with a strong portfolio. Strong Figma skills: components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping. Experience across products: consumer flows, emails, dashboards. Use LLMs in design toolkit (e.g., Claude) for research and prototyping. Able to lead a project solo with Staff Designer support.
