Design intuitive internal tools and collaborate with teams to define problems and ship features.
📋 Description Design intuitive internal tools used by Hippo teams. Partner with PMs and Engineers to define problems and ship features. Run user interviews, shadow sessions, and lightweight feedback loops. Sketch, wireframe, and prototype with Figma and LLMs. Facilitate cross-functional conversations to align product, design, and engineering. Share work openly; defend ideas and learn from critique. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years shipping production work with a strong portfolio. Proficient in Figma: components, auto-layout, prototyping. Comfort with data-dense, workflow-heavy interfaces. Experience using LLMs as part of the design toolkit. Able to work solo on a project with Staff Designer support. Fluent in English and available afternoons 2-3 days a week. 🎁 Benefits Salary: 14000 – 17000 PLN + VAT on B2B. Remote work with flexible hours. Private medical care for you and family.
