Collaborate with engineers to understand constraints and APIs; document decisions. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years product design in SaaS/B2B/CRM. Discovery maturity: frame tasks, constraints, hypotheses. Systems thinking: product as a system of roles, workflows, and rules. Conceptual thinking: translate client requests into scalable UI. Experience designing admin panels, dashboards, multi-step flows.
