Principal Systems Engineer

📋 Description Lead system architecture, requirements, and execution for robotic spacecraft from concept to flight ops. Own system-level requirements definition, allocation, and verification across subsystems and software. Drive cross-functional engineering, balancing mission objectives, performance, schedule, and risk. Develop and maintain system models, interface definitions, trade studies, and technical baselines. Lead MBSE, requirements management, risk management; run major design reviews with customers. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering. 12+ years' experience in aerospace/defense/robotics/autonomous systems. 12+ years in architecture, integration, verification, and validation. Strong technical leadership and stakeholder influence. Proficiency with MBSE, requirements management, trade studies, and risk management.
