Avionics Manager, Spacecraft

📋 Description Lead avionics org for spacecraft electronics, embedded software, comms, power, sensors. Own avionics architecture across programs from concept to flight ops. Establish avionics processes, standards, and design reviews. Drive HW/SW development to meet performance, reliability, schedule, and cost. Lead avionics integration, environmental testing, and flight qualification. Partner with Systems, GNC, Robotics, Flight Software, and Mission Ops teams. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering, or related field. 8+ years in embedded systems for aerospace/defense/robotics/autonomous systems. 3+ years leading technical teams or engineering organizations. Strong reliability, redundancy, fault management, and mission-critical architectures. Familiar with CAN, SpaceWire, Ethernet, RS-422/485, SPI, I2C and spacecraft comms.
