Work as a peer with engineers and product; influence practices. Deep expertise in test automation, CI/CD, and testing infrastructure. Systems thinking: risk models, failure modes, configuration matrices. Balance automation with exploratory testing; good judgment on when to use each. Comfortable with ambiguity; define structure in a remote, fast-paced context. Healthcare/regulatory experience; familiarity with FHIR/HL7/CCDA.
