Salary: $239000 - 324000 per year Requirements: We need 10+ years of experience in technical product management or program management. We require at least 3+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience. We look for hands-on experience leading engineering conversations on technical direction and product strategy. We expect experience managing feature delivery and evaluating product tradeoffs. We need a strong background in owning and defining roadmap strategy. We require experience driving cross-organizational initiatives and keeping teams aligned to timelines and commitments without direct authority. Responsibilities: We will lead the technical design and roadmap for a major and highly visible part of our advertising business. We will connect advertisers with supply sources that improve campaign reach, scale, and performance. We will coordinate complex product efforts across internal teams and stakeholders. We will prioritize roadmap items and define new capabilities through product and business requirements documents. We will work from customer needs backward to shape solutions that address real problems. We will analyze data deeply to identify issues and guide product decisions. We will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements. We will challenge existing approaches and pursue innovative, impactful solutions. We will manage the full product lifecycle from strategy and prioritization through development, adoption, and iteration. We will collaborate with global sales and account management teams to support rollout and growth.
