Data Analyst, ReLo

Salary: $55000 - 57000 per year Requirements: We require at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications, with strong emphasis on Excel. We require a high school diploma or equivalent. We require the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, holidays, and rotating shifts. We require the physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds and to stand or walk for shifts of up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting. We require availability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. We require at least 1 year of professional work experience, or experience using MS Office, especially Excel. We require at least 1 year of experience writing complex Excel VBA macros. We require experience with advanced SQL, Python, and Tableau. We require experience using data to drive root-cause analysis and process improvements. Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities: We complete daily and weekly SOX reporting, including deep analysis, documentation of findings, escalation tracking, and action item creation for leadership. We conduct ad hoc research to uncover opportunities for improvement by analyzing large data sets in our data warehouse and presenting trends to leadership. We build and maintain recurring SQL reports requested by leadership, publishing them through email, Quicksight, or Excel. We work in-path in our Amazon ReLo warehouse, carrying out associate and leadership tasks to identify data-driven solutions and automation opportunities. We collaborate with our quality leadership team to strengthen operational standards and uncover defects in the operation.
