Salary: $168,750 - 281,250 per year Requirements: We need a senior product management background of 15+ years in B2B, data, or financial services settings to guide roadmap choices and deliver complex offerings. We expect experience working with data products or platforms and understanding how data is structured, managed, and delivered to customers. We look for knowledge of financial services or credit decisioning environments to help prioritize real customer use cases. We require strong business judgment and prioritization capability to balance competing demands and a high volume of product requests. We require a bachelors degree; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred for product leadership or similar roles. We need hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for documentation, requirements management, and backlog tracking. We expect proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite for analysis and stakeholder communication. We require experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or comparable workflow documentation software. We need working knowledge of modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Databricks. We value familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions. Preferred background includes work at a credit bureau, fintech, or another organization using regulated credit data. Preferred exposure includes FCRA-regulated data, identity resolution, or data enrichment solutions. Preferred experience includes supporting customer onboarding or delivery for B2B data or software products. Responsibilities: We will serve as a product leader for Data Enrichment and related offerings, working across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery to drive execution. We will own and refine the product roadmap by balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility. We will lead customer onboarding strategy and implementation to reduce time to value and support scalable delivery models. We will evaluate customer-specific requests and decide whether to build, scale, or defer features. We will convert product initiatives into clear requirements, such as JCRs, so technical teams can scope and deliver effectively. We will partner with Sales and Solutions teams to shape pricing frameworks, proofs of concept, and go-to-market enablement. We will use customer and commercial feedback to guide product enhancements and roadmap prioritization. We will lead backlog prioritization and cross-functional alignment to ensure key initiatives are delivered.
