Collaborate with product, engineering, research, marketing, and other functions to shape outcomes. Lead end-to-end design process with autonomy; own critical product areas. Mentor designers and raise the team’s design standards across the org. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio. Bachelor’s degree in HCI/UX, Design, or related field. Expert proficiency across UX research, interaction design, and visual design. Deep knowledge of the product ecosystem, Telematics, and competitive landscape. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor others without direct authority.
