Cobalt Streamworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will oversee product development from conception to launch across multiple products or segments and is responsible for discovering, developing, and cultivating new products and ongoing product enhancements that support Cobalt Streamworks’s business models and continued growth specifically within the LATAM region. What you'll do: As a Senior Product Manager your key area of responsibility will be truly understanding the infrastructure needed to support the growth of existing and new revenue streams, the associated LATAM market, and how customers within this region can benefit from telematics solutions to improve their business. You will need to work closely with UX designers, developers, data scientists, internal stakeholders, technical project managers, and customers. To be successful in this role you will be an empathetic listener, a self-starter, and a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, a well-defined sense of diplomacy, and demonstrated experience utilizing user engagement metrics and product KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making tailored to the LATAM market. How you'll make an impact: The primary role is to truly understand the infrastructure needed to support the growth of existing and new revenue streams within Cobalt Streamworks, the associated market, and how customers can benefit from telematics solutions to improve their business. Own the development of a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders while driving the execution of strategic initiatives that support long-term business objectives. Lead high-impact customer discovery initiatives and mentor other team members in conducting interviews to refine value propositions and product fit. Drive prioritization at a portfolio level, aligning efforts with overall business and product strategy. Establish advanced reporting and monitoring frameworks that measure success (both qualitative and quantitative )across multiple product dimensions. Design and implement feedback loops at scale, ensuring continuous alignment with market needs. Ensure company-wide understanding of product efforts, regularly communicating the Why at senior leadership forums and cross-departmental meetings. Leverage this in collaboration with UX designers, developers, data scientists and other stakeholders to do: Lead complex problem and solution validation, ensuring strategic alignment and providing direction on critical solutions. Oversee the translation of needs into detailed epics and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy. Work closely with technical project managers toward execution. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and internal teams to continuously make improvements to products that are launched. Lead efforts to enhance product management frameworks, mentoring other product managers and contributing to company-wide initiatives. What you'll bring to the role: 5 - 8 years of required previous experience in product management and/or customer discovery, with a strong focus on or experience in the LATAM market. Bachelors in a related field; Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field is highly valued. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, including being an empathetic listener who enjoys interacting with customers. BR- Portuguese a highly valued asset Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve to well-judged decisions, coupled with a strategic mindset and an ability to pivot as the landscape changes. Demonstrated experience and strong understanding of user engagement metrics and product KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making and enhance product performance. Well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
