Principal Engineer

📋 Description Own and drive the developer experience strategy across the JCP platform. Optimize build systems (Gradle, Maven, Bazel) for faster, reproducible builds. Set up AI development pipelines, managing context and handoffs. Improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins) and reliability. Improve containerized development workflows (Docker, Dev Containers). Identify bottlenecks from commit to production and remove friction. 🎯 Requirements Extensive experience with build systems (Gradle, Maven, Bazel). Strong expertise in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins). Hands-on Docker and containerized workflows. Understand lifecycle and developer productivity. Ability to drive cross-team initiatives and influence practices. Motivated by making engineers more productive and reducing friction.
