Presales/Solution Engineer (APAC)

The Opportunity: Permanent role Work location: Central Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and they are looking for Presales/Solution Engineer (APAC) to join the Team! Responsibilities: Lead product demonstrations, presentations, webinars, conferences and customer events. Partner with Sales on technical discovery, qualification, business cases, RFPs/RFQs and solution architecture. Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure PKI solutions aligned with business needs. Provide expert technical guidance on Enterprise PKI and support customers with complex integration challenges. Support customer API integrations, testing, pilots, POCs and third-party integrations. Collaborate with Product Management, Development and Professional Services on product requirements, testing, deployment, and documentation. Develop solution guides, technical documentation, training materials and internal enablement resources. Manage multiple technical projects independently while staying current on PKI, cybersecurity, competitor solutions and emerging technologies. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant cybersecurity certifications (CompTIA, ISC2, GIAC, etc.). Working knowledge of PKI, information security, compliance (GDPR, PSD2, eIDAS) and cloud/container technologies (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes). Customer-focused with strong interest and experience in IT and technology. Hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, servers, desktops, VMs and command-line tools.
