About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Senior AI & Data Science Researcher to join a multidisciplinary research team focused on advancing the application of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science to solve complex real-world challenges. In this role, you will lead and contribute to research projects involving machine learning, statistical modelling, large-scale data analytics, and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with fellow researchers, technical experts, and stakeholders to develop innovative methodologies, validate research outcomes, and translate findings into practical impact. This position is well suited for researchers who enjoy tackling challenging problems, working across multiple domains, and contributing to high-impact research initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct research in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and related fields. Design and execute experiments to evaluate models, algorithms, and analytical approaches. Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and statistical models using large and complex datasets. Analyze experimental results, identify insights, and formulate evidence-based recommendations. Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to define research objectives and project deliverables. Produce high-quality technical reports, research papers, proposals, presentations, and documentation. Present research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Mentor junior researchers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Keep abreast of emerging technologies, research developments, and industry trends in AI and Data Science. Requirements PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computational Linguistics, Engineering, or a related research discipline. Strong foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, and Experimental Research Methodologies. Experience developing machine learning models and conducting data-driven research. Proficiency in Python and common AI, machine learning, or data science libraries and frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and research outcomes. Experience designing experiments, evaluating model performance, and validating research findings. Excellent technical writing and documentation skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications Research experience gained from universities, research institutes, government laboratories, or R&D organizations. Experience in Big Data Analytics, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Generative AI, or other advanced AI domains. Track record of publications, patents, research grants, or industry-academic collaborations. Experience mentoring research assistants, research fellows, or junior researchers.
