Power BI Developer / Reports Analyst

Job Details: We are hiring a Power BI Developer / Reports Analyst to design, build, and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, and semantic models sourced from cloud data platforms and SAP Business One. POSITION: Power BI Developer / Reports Analyst WORK SETUP: On-site / Head Office Deployment JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, build, and publish Power BI reports and dashboards for sales, store operations, supply chain, finance, and HR Build star-schema semantic models on curated Databricks gold-layer tables and SAP Business One data Write and optimize advanced DAX measures including time intelligence, period comparisons, and variance analysis Write SQL queries to explore, validate, shape source data, and reconcile report figures against source systems Manage Power BI workspaces, apps, deployment pipelines, scheduled refreshes, gateways, and row-level security (RLS) Gather reporting requirements, train report users on self-service analytics, and eliminate manual Excel reporting Document data definitions, business rules, and metric logic in the company data dictionary QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Power BI development with production reports used by management Strong expertise in advanced DAX, star-schema data modeling, and SQL (Databricks, Spark SQL, or cloud data warehouses) Advantage: Experience with SAP Business One / HANA data, or background in Retail, F&B, or Hospitality industries Advantage: Microsoft PL-300 certification, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric training BENEFITS: Competitive Salary Package Mandatory PH Statutory Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) 13th Month Pay HMO / Medical Insurance Coverage Paid Vacation & Sick Leaves Professional Growth & Continuous Learning Programs HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your updated CV/Resume to [email protected] along with your answers to the screening questions below: Saang lungsod ka nakatira ngayon?
