POS & IT Support Specialist

Job Details: We are hiring a POS & IT Support Specialist for Ayala Malls Gatewalk Central in Mandaue City, Cebu to manage Point of Sale (POS) systems, monitor merchant sales compliance, administer IT hardware and networks, and provide technical support to corporate users and tenants. POSITION: POS & IT Support Specialist LOCATION: Mandaue City, Cebu WORK SETUP: On-site / Mall Operations Deployment JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer and monitor compliance of percentage-paying merchants with sales reporting and POS submission requirements Manage and maintain POS applications, systems, and network connections across the mall Ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of POS sales reports to Ayala Malls Group Compliance and Mall Operations Facilitate the onboarding, accreditation, and network connectivity of POS terminals for new merchants to the Ayala Malls POS Consolidator Provide helpdesk and technical troubleshooting for merchants and corporate users on POS, hardware, software, and network issues Oversee inventory, deployment, and preventive maintenance of mall POS, corporate IT equipment, and peripherals Prepare and manage annual IT operational budgets, equipment upgrades, and coordinate with Ayala Malls Group IT on standards QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent Minimum of 2 years solid experience in the IT field providing technical support (Hardware, Software, and Networking) Practical experience and strong knowledge in Point of Sale (POS) systems and hardware troubleshooting Good communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail or mall environment BENEFITS: Competitive Salary Package Mandatory PH Statutory Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) 13th Month Pay HMO / Medical Insurance Coverage Paid Vacation & Sick Leaves Career Growth & Continuous Training Opportunities HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your updated CV/Resume to [email protected] along with your answers to the screening questions below: What city/province do you currently reside in?
