We're looking for an Application Support & Maintenance Specialist to join a team supporting a mission-critical warehouse management application used in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a business-critical platform where your expertise will directly contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
This role requires onsite presence at our Warsaw office one day per week.
– Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for a warehouse management application.
– Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and technical issues.
– Monitor application performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
– Support integrations with internal and third-party systems.
– Develop enhancements and customisations to meet evolving business needs.
– Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
– Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
– Create and maintain technical documentation.
– Participate in testing, deployments, and release activities.
– Strong commercial experience with PHP development and application support.
– Good knowledge of Apache Web Server administration and configuration.
– Experience working with Java applications and system integrations.
– Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
– Proven experience supporting and maintaining business-critical applications.
– Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
– Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
– Experience supporting warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics applications.
– Knowledge of Linux environments.
– Experience with version control and deployment processes.
