📋 Description Craft data-backed ad sets and landing pages to improve marketing KPIs. Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns for social ads. Edit video assets into platform-optimized ad units with proper aspect ratios. Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with insights. Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets. Support Northwind Robotics's marketing with compelling creative to stand out. 🎯 Requirements 1-3 years graphic design with performance-driven CRO. 1 year motion graphics experience. Adobe Creative Suite; Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Basic video editing with Premiere Pro and After Effects. Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
