Director of IT Security

📋 Description Lead the company's information security strategy for a remote workforce. Build and mature a cybersecurity program protecting data and operations. Identify and mitigate cyber risks; oversee compliance and threat response. Partner with leadership to embed security in business decisions. Develop scalable security roadmap and governance. Present risks and security metrics to executive leadership. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in cybersecurity, information security or risk management. 3+ years leading enterprise security programs or teams. Experience with risk assessment and threat modeling. Cloud-first/SaaS knowledge: Google Workspace, Salesforce, NetSuite, Okta. Security frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001 or NIST CSF. Endpoint security, identity management, vulnerability management, incident response. Remote work experience with distributed teams.
