About the role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (SFMC) to design, develop, and optimize marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and is interested in expanding their expertise in Marketing Cloud Next (MCN), Data Cloud, Agentforce AI, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI). This role will focus on customer data management, audience segmentation, marketing automation, platform integration, and data-driven campaign optimization. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. Build audience segmentation strategies and customer data models to support personalized marketing campaigns. Support the adoption and implementation of Marketing Cloud Next (MCN), Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce Data Cloud. Explore and configure AI-powered marketing capabilities using Agentforce. Integrate and analyze marketing data across Salesforce, CRM systems, Google, Meta, and other platforms. Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to measure and improve campaign performance. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across marketing platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing technology solutions with business objectives. About you 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Strong hands-on knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. Experience in audience segmentation, marketing automation, and customer data management. Understanding of SQL, data modeling, and database concepts. Experience integrating marketing data across multiple platforms. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and work with emerging Salesforce technologies, including Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, Agentforce AI, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
