Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Engineer

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements: We require at least 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. We prefer experience implementing or supporting multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Time and Labor, Absence, Learning, Benefits, and Recruiting. We need practical exposure to HCM Extract, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, workflows, OIC, and alerts. We look for experience automating repetitive HR processes with AI/ML tools and Oracle HCM capabilities. We value a background in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party vendors, including payroll and benefits providers. We expect knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud data model, SQL, PL/SQL, and Java. We need familiarity with web service development, design, and specification writing using SOAP and REST. We expect understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud security. We want someone who can listen closely to stakeholder needs and translate them into effective solutions. We look for a collaborative, curious mindset. We require strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. We require a bachelors degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science or Software Development. Preferred: Oracle HCM Cloud certification, ideally in a technical or AI/ML-focused area. Preferred: Experience with JavaScript, Python, or other AI-related programming languages. Preferred: Familiarity with HCM Cloud security concepts, including roles, privileges, and data security. Responsibilities: We use our Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to deliver solutions and improve existing processes and integrations. We partner with stakeholders to gather functional needs and work with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and launch features. We investigate issues thoroughly and determine the underlying cause. We coordinate with Oracle development when escalation is needed and stay involved until issues are resolved. We build proof-of-concept solutions to assess new architectures and approaches. We help plan, scope, and create technical solutions for new product capabilities from concept through production delivery. We promote a shared vision, standard practices, and consistent capabilities across the team. We provide expertise in reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
