Salary: $109000 - 148000 per year Requirements: We need advanced expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration. We expect strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, REST/SOAP web services, SQL, and the OFSC SDK. We are looking for someone who can build custom plugins using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. We require experience with scheduling, routing, mobile field applications, and real-time technician support. We value proven ability to develop and maintain integrations between OFSC and other enterprise systems. We require solid Oracle PL/SQL skills, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers. We need experience with OAC and ADW for data visualization development and maintenance. We prefer candidates with integration experience involving WMS and CIS through OIC. We expect familiarity with DevOps practices, including Git, CI/CD, automation, and testing frameworks. We are seeking candidates with utility industry domain knowledge and field operations experience. We value the ability to review and interpret Oracle release notes. We require strong written and verbal communication skills. We look for a continuous improvement mindset. We need someone who can work independently while also contributing as part of a team across the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities: We lead and contribute as a collaborative member of the team throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle. We design, configure, and integrate Oracle Field Service Cloud to improve field operations. We customize OFSC functionality such as properties, filters, views, forms, and plugins to align with business needs. We develop custom plugins and enhancements using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. We build and support mobile application capabilities for field technicians, enabling routing, tracking, and access to real-time data. We develop and maintain system integrations between OFSC and other business applications. We create and support data visualizations using OAC and ADW. We implement Oracle PL/SQL solutions, including database objects and procedural logic. We support integrations with WMS and CIS through OIC. We apply DevOps practices to improve deployment, delivery, testing, and automation. We review Oracle release notes and translate updates into actionable enhancements. We work with the business to deliver reliable, scalable solutions for field service processes.
