OFS Architect

Salary: $207000 - 231000 per year Requirements: We need someone with 3-5 years of experience as a technical architect or in a leadership capacity. We require deep expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud and related system integrations. We need strong hands-on knowledge of OFS, OFSC, ERP, CRM, REST and SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and plug-in development. We look for experience designing cloud architecture in OCI and defining API management and gateway strategies. We require the ability to establish CI/CD pipelines along with observability and monitoring practices. We value experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud for reporting and visualization and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse for scalable modeling and performance optimization. We need a strong understanding of field service operations, including scheduling, routing, dispatching, and inventory management. We require excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, plus the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities: We analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve how work is done. We turn technical insight and business ideas into enhanced processes, products, and services. We evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that support business goals. We define short- and long-term actions that align with the objectives of the business unit and the broader organization. We review and approve technology deliverables to ensure they meet specifications and are sustainable. We assess, manage, and reduce the impact of technology risks on projects and deliverables. We use diagrams and models to clarify problems and guide solution design. We create solution architecture documents, integration diagrams, sequence diagrams, data models, custom plug-in designs, and reference architectures. We architect solutions for performance, scalability, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and data privacy. We promote continuous improvement within the project team. We design and implement end-to-end field operations solutions, integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud with GIS, ERP, and CRM systems. We provide technical leadership for routing, capacity, mobility, Oracle Integration Cloud workflows, and mobile plug-ins. We define integration patterns for work management, customer information, and asset management systems. We build cloud architecture and API management strategies.
