Network Security Engineer

Salary: $163000 - 163000 per year Requirements: Over 6 years of experience in managing production network security environments. Strong background in IT systems, application engineering, and administration. Practical experience with AWS network security services, specifically AWS Network Firewall and VPC architectures. In-depth understanding of PKI, cryptography, and certificate management. Comprehensive knowledge of the OSI model and Layer-7 protection strategies associated with network security. Responsibilities: Maintain and oversee network security systems such as firewalls, URL filtering, IDS/IPS, and VPNs. Assist in designing and implementing network security solutions throughout the organization. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve security measures and ensure compliance. Manage AWS network security services, including Security Groups, NACLs, and Transit Gateway frameworks. Provide support for network access control and remote access VPN configurations to ensure secure connections.
