Network and Computer Systems Administrator

Salary: $81,000 - 104,000 per year Requirements: Minimum Top Secret security clearance Associates degree in a related field and 7 years of related experience; or an associates degree and 5 years of experience with an IAT Level II certification Bachelors degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience; or a bachelors degree and 3 years of related experience with an IAT Level II certification Experience administering network and computer systems in a DoD or enterprise environment Experience supporting secure systems and complying with DoD cybersecurity requirements Preferred: DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II or higher certification, such as Security+ CE, CISSP, CCNA Security, or equivalent Preferred: Experience with Windows and/or Linux system administration in classified environments Preferred: Experience supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and ATO packages Preferred: Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls Responsibilities: Support the management and operation of armament program network systems Assist with Tier I and Tier II IT systems Image, patch, and configure classified and unclassified systems Manage SharePoint and administer help desk ticketing systems Provide customer service in person, by email, phone, and remotely Support briefing setups, presentations, video teleconferences, and online meetings Manage IT equipment inventories, destruction, and transfers Maintain reliable telecommunications services, including secure telephone units, voice-over-IP phones, fax, voicemail, video teleconferencing, and projection equipment Help end users operate business systems, restore information, and access resources Create and maintain organizational mailboxes, folder permissions, security groups, and distribution groups Perform cybersecurity liaison duties Support and configure mobile devices Administer commercially hosted websites and cloud-based systems Technologies: AI Cloud Support Linux Mobile Network Security SharePoint Windows DevSecOps More: We are Credence, a team of more than 1,700 people, including over 1,500 AI and data experts, delivering AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization solutions for federal agencies.
