Business Analyst

Salary: $104,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements: U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required. A bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements in an Agile environment. Demonstrated ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirements documentation. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions. Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience investigating, communicating, and resolving user issues. Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Experience eliciting requirements, validating solutions, and supporting testing activities is a plus. Experience with Jira and Agile project management tools is strongly preferred. ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred. Experience with data analysis, reporting, knowledge management, or data visualization tools is preferred. Responsibilities: Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions. Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business documentation for Agile development. Work with stakeholders, Scrum Masters, developers, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Facilitate requirements workshops, meetings, presentations, and stakeholder briefings. Support ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, testing, and integration activities. Participate in Agile ceremonies and help keep project deliverables on schedule and aligned with business objectives. Analyze and validate solution designs, test results, and implemented functionality. Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and process improvement opportunities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and client expectations. Document findings, recommendations, and project outcomes. Support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Carry out additional duties and special projects as assigned.
