ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Produce animated product demos, feature explainers, and launch videos that make complex product capabilities feel intuitive and compelling. Design motion graphics and UI animations that bring Aperture Cloud’s workflows, features, and value propositions to life - clearly and on-brand Partner with Product Marketing, Design, and Product teams to transform new feature launches and strategic initiatives into compelling visual stories. Lead and evolve Aperture Cloud's video design system, including motion principles, templates, intros, outros, lower thirds, thumbnails, and reusable assets used across product videos, webinars, customer stories, events, and social media. Produce and edit video content for a variety of formats and channels, ensuring consistency with Aperture Cloud's visual identity and brand standards. Work with internal teams and external vendors to plan and produce high-quality video across campaigns, webinars, events, and launches. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video production, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video work. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and related creative tools. Experience creating animated product demonstrations, feature explainers, or launch videos for SaaS products. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, typography, video production workflows, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual stories. Experience developing scalable video templates, motion systems, and brand assets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams. Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking. A Bachelor's degree in Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Film, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
