Salary: $30,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience At least 6 years of software development experience; securities or financial services experience is a plus Prior experience in the financial industry is preferred Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, Dataverse, and enterprise CRM configuration Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and functional testing skills Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements Knowledge of platform governance, permission models, and enterprise data structures Collaborative, technically curious, and comfortable working in a high-accountability environment Responsibilities: Capture, refine, and validate business requirements for our CRM platform Turn business processes into user stories, test plans, and scalable Power Platform designs Build and deploy Power Platform solutions Review existing workflows and recommend improvements using automation and better use of data Configure Dynamics 365 CE views, forms, dashboards, and security roles Promote usability, accessibility, and user-centered design across supported initiatives Technologies: CRM Security Office 365 AI Support More: Were hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst for our Enterprise CRM group in Lake Mary, Florida.
