Improve support processes and knowledge base. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Technical Support or DevOps. 1+ year in Lead/Senior/Mentor role. Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting. Linux admin-level knowledge (system internals, networking, storage). Scripting in Bash and Python for automation.
