Lead Software Engineer - GoLang

📋 Description Design, build, maintain, and scale backend services and their support tools. Participate in architectural definitions with high degree of innovation and creativity. Create automation tooling to scale and simplify deployment. Work directly within a multidisciplinary team to help customers and partners. Research new tools to understand complex scenarios and propose new features. Work in an agile DevOps environment with teams that own their software and on-call rotations. 🎯 Requirements 9+ years of hands-on experience with distributed systems and production-scale software. Strong GoLang proficiency (primary language). Frontend experience with React (basic level). Cloud knowledge: AWS, Azure, or GCP (deeply). Experience mentoring engineers and upskilling teams. Async programming: streams, event-driven architectures.
