Lead Principal Technical Program Manager

We establish scope, milestones, and delivery plans for technical programs and services. We coordinate across cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives that affect products and the business. We manage risks, issues, bottlenecks, and critical escalations, including executive communication when needed. We define and refine strategies for process improvement, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. We lead program planning, documentation, reporting, forecasting, funding, and resourcing. We set and monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity benchmarks, and measurement approaches. We mentor program staff and provide technical guidance to help remove blockers and maintain momentum. We shape collaboration across teams and advise stakeholders to keep programs aligned and informed. We direct reporting automation and work with development teams to improve reports, dashboards, forecasts, and models. We analyze complex data sources, trends, and performance indicators to support decisions and delivery.
