Project Overview: Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility for Intel Corporation, located at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. As part of this work, the M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading-edge chipmaking facility - a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success. The project supports the continued expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain while creating significant opportunity for the local Arizona workforce. Joining the Fab 62 team means contributing directly to one of the most strategically important construction efforts in the United States and helping deliver the infrastructure behind the next generation of microelectronics." Job Summary: Commissioning and Start-Up "CSU" Lead Mechanical/Piping for Semiconductor Project will define commissioning plans, testing plans, pipe cleaning and verifies complex Mechanical Systems and Piping systems (Support and contribute to all aspects of safety for all mechanical tests) in semiconductor fabs, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant installation and operation, working closely with design/construction teams to resolve issues, document everything, and prepare for facility turnover. Key duties include developing test plans, conducting FATs/SATs, managing punch lists, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to NEC/NFPA standards. Minimum 8 years of experience commissioning and testing electrical systems in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or data center environments. Experience with commissioning processes for mission-critical and high-reliability electrical systems. • Collaborate: Actively seeks out others' opinions and input and is open-minded to their views. Comes to work determined to do a good job, for themselves and for their team. #LI-AA1 Major Responsibilities: • Develop and review mechanical system designs including HVAC, chilled water compressors, CRAH/CRAC systems, pumps, and related infrastructure • Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning of Mechanical systems. • Plan, execute, and document commissioning activities for all mechanical process and utility systems in compliance with ASME codes, project specifications, and client requirements. • Develop and maintain commissioning schedules, checklists, and test procedures. • Ensure adherence to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31.3 Process Piping, and other relevant standards. • Enforce safety procedures and cleanroom protocols throughout commissioning activities. • Witness factory acceptance tests (FATs) and site acceptance tests (SATs) as required • Ensure a
