Lead Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description Architect and manage deployments of Halcyon Labs Central in enterprise environments. Mentor and support other Forward Deployed Engineers. Drive adoption from ad-hoc AI experiments to governed AI-native workflows. Establish AI governance, including security policies and data privacy controls. Enable observability and cost visibility for AI-driven development. Partner with Halcyon Labs product teams to shape the platform and train partners. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years building or operating production software, with 3+ years customer-facing. Proficiency in Java or Python; read, debug, and extend production customer code. Experience building or integrating developer platforms or infrastructure. Navigating enterprise procurement, security review, and architecture processes. Familiarity with modern dev workflows: CI/CD, dev envs, internal platforms.
