Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a L3 / senior support or operations engineer for Microsoft 365 with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Viva modules (e.g., Viva Connections, Engage, Learning, Amplify, Insights, Goals). The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of M365 ecosystem integrations, particularly in Teams, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID to ensure operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities
As an L3 Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex incidents and maintaining the operational integrity of the Viva platform.
– Act as the highest escalation point for complex Viva-related incidents.
– Provide functional and technical troubleshooting across the Viva suite.
– Diagnose complex integration issues across Viva, Teams, and SharePoint.
– Lead technical resolution during major incidents.
– Coach L1/L2 support teams to enhance troubleshooting capabilities.
– Ensure Viva services meet SLAs and support KPIs.
– Maintain technical and functional knowledge base for Viva.
– Drive continuous improvement in operational stability and service quality.
Key Requirements
– Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Viva modules.
– Solid understanding of M365 ecosystem integrations (Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID).
– Proven experience as an L3 / senior support or operations engineer for M365.
– Strong troubleshooting skills across Viva configuration and integration issues.
– Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
– Ability to perform root cause analyses.
– Experience maintaining runbooks and support documentation.
– Hands-on experience with PowerShell and M365 admin portals.
– Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
– Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) or Viva extensibility.
– Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
– Familiarity with content management and internal communications platforms.
– Exposure to change management or adoption programs.
– Experience with monitoring or M365 adoption reports.
– Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, Viva, SharePoint, Teams).
Other Details
This position is based in Koregaon Park, Pune, with a hybrid working model, requiring three days a week in the office. The role operates under CET time zone with standard working hours.
