Overview
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Technology Team as an OPs Engineer. In this role, you will apply your solid, cross-functional expertise to analyze, co-decide and implement our core systems, working in close collaboration with both local and regional coordination, and Group Adeo.
Main Responsibilities
As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure optimal system operations.
– Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and system software.
– Monitor systems performance, network health, and service availability.
– Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
– Perform preventive maintenance, security patching, and system updates.
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
– Document configurations, procedures, and changes.
– Provide internal user support and collaborate with other IT teams.
– Contribute to infrastructure improvements and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
– Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent (preferable).
– Experience in systems administration or technical support.
– Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
– Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
– Proficiency with Active Directory, user management, and group policies.
– Familiarity with virtualization, backups, and IT security practices.
– Analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
– Good communication and accountability.
