Junior-Mid Software Developer

Salary: $78000 - 134000 per year Requirements: We are seeking a junior to mid-level software developer with 3–8 years of software development experience. We need proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Rust if C or C++ is not available. We require experience building applications that communicate with hardware devices, controllers, sensors, or industrial systems. We look for the ability to diagnose and resolve issues across software, hardware, and system integration. We value the ability to quickly learn new languages and technologies. We expect strong analytical thinking, careful attention to detail, and solid problem-solving ability. We need excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively toward established goals and schedules. A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical field is required. An active Secret clearance is required, and you must be a U.S. citizen to obtain it. Responsibilities: We develop and support software applications that interface with hardware systems. We design, implement, and verify device communication and control capabilities. We troubleshoot software, hardware, and integration problems. We collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver dependable solutions. We participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts. Our compensation is influenced by experience, education, training, security clearance, location, and skills, with an estimated annual range of $79,000 to $135,000.
