Junior Analyst/Developer

Salary: $108000 - 113000 per year Requirements: Active Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain one Exposure to analytics platforms, dashboards, or scripting tools Coursework in statistics, data science, or operations research Interest in operational analytics and decision support Prior military or government experience is preferred but not mandatory Minimum of 4 years in analytics platforms, dashboard or scripting tools 2 years of experience in statistical coursework, data science, operations research, and Army Vantage Familiarity with operational analytics is required and decision support is preferred Responsibilities: Assist in configuring and updating dashboards for improved functionality Support the creation and refinement of training materials and documentation Help with data validation, quality assessment, and sustainment tasks Facilitate the transition of analytics tools and ensure institutional adoption Develop Army Vantage skills progressively throughout the project duration Aid in setting up training environments, datasets, and example dashboards Organize and support both virtual and in-person training sessions Assist in crafting and revising training documents, job aids, and reference tools Provide support to instructors during training, including troubleshooting and student assistance Conduct data validation and quality checks on training datasets and dashboards Gather training feedback and contribute to documenting lessons learned Assist in the reuse and maintenance of training materials and analytics outputs Gradually assume limited instructional duties, such as conducting walkthroughs or demonstrations as proficiency improves Technologies: Support Security More: At Halcyon Labs, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service through attentive listening, strategic problem-solving, and effective execution.
