We create and execute test strategies, review outcomes, and coordinate defect resolution to maintain quality standards. We develop user training materials, documentation, and support resources to ensure smooth adoption of new applications. We help resolve production incidents and suggest preventative measures to improve reliability. We keep thorough records of code changes, testing methods, and support work to strengthen the knowledge base and assist similar projects.
