About the role

Provide Tier 1 IT support for users across various devices and platforms.

Salary: $42000 - 58000 per year Requirements: We require at least 1 year of hands-on IT support experience, with helpdesk or MSP background strongly preferred. We need someone who can handle Tier 1 support tasks independently without close supervision. We require practical Microsoft 365 experience, including account and license administration, device enrollment with Entra ID or Intune, group and permission management, and basic troubleshooting for Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive. We need strong desktop support knowledge, including Windows troubleshooting, resolving common end-user issues, and supporting hardware, printers, and software installs. We require basic networking understanding, including DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, Wi-Fi connectivity, and diagnosing common connectivity, latency, and access issues. We need excellent communication skills for working with end users and clients. We require the ability to organize and prioritize multiple support tickets efficiently. We require eligibility to work in the United States. We require availability for a rotating on-call schedule. Experience with macOS support is a plus. Experience contributing to IT projects such as hardware deployments, network configurations, software migrations, and cloud service rollouts is a plus. A+, Network+, or Azure/Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is a plus. Responsibilities: We provide daily helpdesk support to users across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. We manage and prioritize our ticket queue to ensure timely resolution. We perform Tier 1 Microsoft 365 support tasks, including user administration, device enrollment, and group changes. We troubleshoot desktop, hardware, and foundational networking issues. We maintain accurate and current documentation for support tickets. We assist with user onboarding, device provisioning, and smaller IT projects. We communicate clearly and professionally with clients. We participate in occasional after-hours or on-call support coverage. We proactively spot and resolve potential issues before they become larger problems.
