IT Project Manager

Salary: $129,147.2 - 129,147.2 per year Requirements: Strong experience in program financial management, enterprise change management, and cross-functional delivery coordination. Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills, including the ability to turn complex data into actionable reports. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivation, initiative, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines. Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation abilities. Experience in project management, change management, PMO, or a similar function. Preferred: Knowledge of or experience with large-scale ERP systems. Responsibilities: Manage program financials and support Technology leadership across three projects and more than 10 workstreams. Coordinate and facilitate program routines, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. Facilitate dependency and risk management and help remove impediments to defined deliverables. Encourage communication and collaboration across organizations to support timelines. Gather and present updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership, including through CFO Change and ePMO routines. Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to align execution with deliverable requirements. Define and track success metrics, and review performance with stakeholders and leadership. Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards. Support resource planning and delivery and execution forecasting.
