Join our team and be part of our growing workforce! We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with different teams, monitor project progress, track deadlines, and ensure that project requirements are properly communicated and completed on time. 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and monitor IT projects from planning to implementation. Work closely with project managers, developers, technical teams, and other departments. Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and pending tasks. Schedule meetings, prepare project updates, and document discussions and action items. Communicate project requirements, updates, and concerns to relevant stakeholders. Monitor project progress and promptly report delays, issues, and risks. Ensure project documentation and records are organized and updated. Assist in testing, deployment, and implementation of IT systems or software. Follow up with assigned team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Perform other related duties as assigned. 🎯 QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Experience in IT project coordination, project management, or a similar role is an advantage. Knowledge of IT systems, software development processes, or technical project implementation. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with different teams. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn. With driver's license.
