IT OSS Intern Make your next big career move with KMC Solutions as an IT OSS Intern ! As an IT OSS Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in providing technical and non-technical support to end-users while assisting with basic IT infrastructure and desktop support activities. Key Responsibilities Assist with system backup and maintenance activities. Assist with basic network and hardware troubleshooting. Help update user and technical documentation. Assist in troubleshooting desktop and PC-related issues. Provide basic help desk support to employees requiring technical assistance. Assist with building, preparing, and deploying desktop computers and laptops. Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Currently pursuing or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . No work experience required. Preferably completing 300–800+ internship hours or at least 1 month of internship. Willing to be assigned to multiple KMC Cebu sites . Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting is an advantage. Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
