About the role
I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Technical troubleshooting & change execution Advanced troubleshooting (routing, switching, WAN, LAN, WLAN) Configuration changes (approved) BGP/OSPF issue resolution Interface & performance tuning Vendor TAC engagement Change implementation Patch/firmware upgrades Maintenance activities Proposed and implement improvement during operation management period II. QUALIFICATIONS Must be a permanent employee of the bidder Must hold a current and valid certifications on the following: Network Associate or Professional Level for the brand being offered (e.g. CCNA/CCNP for Cisco, JNCIA/JNCIP for Juniper, etc.) ITILv4 Foundation or higher III. EXPERIENCE Must have a least 5 years experience in handling network infrastructure or network operations support. Must also have at least 3 years experience in using monitoring tools and managing network related incidents.
