IT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer (SysOps)

📋 Description Take end-to-end technical ownership of infrastructure operations, including physical servers Independently maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Windows Server and Linux environments. Administer virtualization platforms, including Proxmox, VMware, or equivalent technologies. Manage infrastructure capacity, performance, lifecycle, and operational health. Identify and proactively address single points of failure, configuration weaknesses, technical Coordinate infrastructure maintenance activities with minimal business disruption. 🎯 Requirements Strong hands-on experience managing production or business-critical infrastructure. Advanced administration of Windows Server and Linux systems. Solid experience with enterprise virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, VMware vSphere, or Understanding of virtualization clusters, storage, resource allocation, networking, and Proven experience implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions. Practical experience restoring systems and troubleshooting infrastructure failures.
