IT DIVISION HEAD (CEBU)

The IT Division Head provides overall leadership and directs the bank’s information technology efforts to ensure continuous operation, development and execution of the IT strategic plans and technical strategies to provide quality services to the external and internal customers. Responsible for the entire IT operations and all aspects of the organization’s information technology; system development and acquisition, resource requirement definition, design and capacity planning, data center security and infrastructure, systems and network security and availability, data management and protection, storage and archiving, technical support services and maintenance, IT asset management, business contingency and disaster recovery, managed risks, incident management, data center operations, and oversees/leads/manage the entire IT teams and workforce. Reports to Management Committee and to the Board; providing pertinent information on IT projects and initiatives, communicating progress of IT projects, problems encountered and IT performance results and monitoring. Duties and Responsibilities: Overall management of IT efforts Third-Party Service Providers Partners Data Security Research and Development Talent Management Other functions Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information System or Information Technology At least 3 years of experience of leadership experience in managing IT operational teams At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology and or / IT Security Must have strong banking experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: Strong understanding and experience in information technology/IT Security Knowledge of IT processes and functions Experience in application, database and operating system security assessment Experience in monitoring compliance with security policies Experience in vulnerability assessment and security penetration testing Strong people and leadership skills Commendable customer service attitude High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy Analytical, organized, and systematic Good oral and written English communication skills
