Issues & Program Manager, Product Operations

📋 Description Build and improve processes, incl. automation/AI, to boost efficiency and docs. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Ops, Product, Risk, and Eng to drive timely resolution. Own issue reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Track containment and remediation of issues. Drive end-to-end product launches with cross-functional readiness. Manage partnerships with banks and strategic partners; coordinate and communicate. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in tech project management, product ops, fintech/tech. Experience in issues management, regulatory/compliance, or risk projects. Strong interest in applying AI to improve execution. Strong data skills; build dashboards and answer questions without analysts. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align teams.
