Integration Engineer

📋 Description Stay current with impact.com's platform capabilities and industry trends. Design and integrate technical solutions for new and existing clients. Lead technical discovery and discussions to understand client requirements; propose optimal solutions. Create and maintain technical integration documentation. Partner with Onboarding to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding technical issues. 🎯 Requirements Self-starter with ability to refine operational processes. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Customer-centric, calm, solution-oriented communication style. Foundational web tech: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs.
